1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any product, application, software, or web portal provided by TRIPLE A LEGACY EMPIRE SDN. BHD. ("Company", "we", "us"), including TALEtech, TALEtrack, and TALEwallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Ecosystem License & Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, UI components, brand trademarks (TALEtech, TALEtrack, TALEwallet, TALEagency), software codebases, and intellectual assets are owned exclusively by TRIPLE A LEGACY EMPIRE SDN. BHD.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
